Our principals have development and consulting experience spanning the southern United States including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US), and Virginia.

Our focus is centered around affordable housing as well as older urban core in-fill redevelopment efforts of all types utilizing Public Private Partnerships “PPP” with municipalities, non-profits and, Public Housing Authorities (PHA) .

Much of our development experience revolves around challenging, non-traditional projects requiring the use of various tax incentive financing including:
